Wendy has authored cookbooks and books on nutrition, and has a popular YouTube channel (with over 7000 views of her how-to-video) dedicated to teaching everyone how they can access the health benefits of this deliciously effervescent Chinese beverage.

Making and bottling your own Kombucha takes a bit of skill, but once Wendy shows you how to get into the rhythm of it, it will be easy and fun. Plus if you love it as much as we do, making it at home will save you lots of money and time!

The class runs from 2PM to 430PM on April 16th, and tickets are limited, so act now to secure your space!

Wendy Jeub is mother to 16 children, 12 of whom still live at home and attend various charter and home schools. She has authored one diet book and two cookbooks as well a co-authored books with her husband and entrepreneur, Chris.
