  • Twilight In The Barn: A Gaucho Grill Farm Dinner

    Snow Creek Larkspur presents a deliciously eclectic Brazilian-inspired farm and table menu, prepared by your onsite caterer, Chef Laurie of the Roving Rooster, and featuring savory Snow Creek Ranch beef, local produce, and our signature Caipirinha cocktail – our unique spin on a South American Classic! Sip while you explore a small beautiful piece of Colorado’s open space. Feed the chickens, pet the horses, and enjoy appetizers and great the great company of new friends and old. Boots required -no kidding.

    A complimentary hay ride from the parking area to the barn on our vintage 1930’s Sears and Roebuck hay wagon kicks the evening off, while you take in the spectacular Southern Douglas County vistas, including pine-covered Raspberry Butte. Bring your camera and come for an evening of memories.

    For a fun twist on the typical farm to table dining event, why not enjoy a good, old-fashioned Sunday family picnic! Enjoy house-made Snow Creek Ranch sliders hot off the grill, and a picnic basket we pack just for you. Stop by the lemonade stand (adult and child stands provided) to cool down with that cool refreshing drink. It’s the last big blowout of the summer before the kids head back to school. Food, friends, and fun with activities and farm animals. BYOB – Bring Your Own Blanket and a bottle of wine to pair with your picnic.

Our deep love of the land and respect for our neighbors led us to found Snow Creek Larkspur, and drives our mission to share the bounty God has provided us.

Our culinary team crafts a sustainable, seasonal menu based on the finest and freshest produce and dairy, with delicious, grass fed Snow Creek Ranch beef as the cornerstone of each delicious farm to table meal.

In addition to our farm to table entrees, Chef Laurie has created an incredible variety of small plate options, perfect for tasting and sharing with friends.

And for the finishing touch, each meal is served up with some of the most spectacular front range scenery, and the fun goings on of a real working farm.
