Learn to make Kombucha from one of the true masters of the tart, fermented beverage. Wendy Jeub has been brewing up big batches of Kombucha for her friends, family and followers of her YouTube channel for years.
Long known in China as “The Immortal Health Elixir,” Kombucha is made from sweetened tea and fermented until fizzy. Class participants will bring home their own jar, A “SCOBY,” starter kit, and a clear, concise written recipe.
Intro to Farm Animals & Nature Exploration
Sunday Sessions: Date To Be Announced: 1PM-4PM
Ages 8-12
$30 / Person: 3 Hour Program
Walk in the shoes of a Farm Hand and learn about farm animals and what roles they play on the farm. Visit with the horses for a horse encounter. Explore the beauty of nature with a short hike and scavenger hunt for items to be used in creating a take-home nature craft! Learn the answers to questions like, “How do you know what color egg a chicken will lay? What is a domestic vs a wild animal? Who made that noise? What is hay?” And much more.

Junior Animal Caretaker & Farmhand

Half Day Program-$200 / person for 4-day farm classes. (includes tools and supplies)
Wake up with the roosters and explore God’s creation here on the farm. Learn about the elements that make up the farm by working in the garden and caring for our animals. Activities include feeding the horses and chickens, collecting eggs, tidying the stalls, horse grooming, checking out the bees and beehives, and other things that may come up along the way.
This farm education program is designed to give participants an opportunity to learn about farm animals, explore a wide variety of facets of farm life. As part of this day we will have a group game or nature craft activity.
